From initial contact to post installation, Jamie’s team have been absolutely first class. We are delighted with the service we have received from everyone at Newrooms: – a special mention to Abi our designer who listened to us and came up with innovative solutions, to Darren our fitter who worked so hard and did a brilliant job – and to Lynda in the office who provided us with updates, information and answered our queries.

We love everything about our new kitchen and utility room – it looks great (so many compliments!) and, more importantly, it works well and utilises the space that we have to maximum effect. It really is a well built, well fitted kitchen which will we are sure, will stand the test of time.

The Newrooms team worked tirelessly to ensure that everything went to plan – case in point when the team arrived on day one, having to dig their way though deep snow! Who else would have done that. Communication was excellent throughout –  having a schedule of work was so helpful, as we knew which of the team would be with us on specific days.

Friends recommended newrooms to us and we are so glad that they did !! We are delighted with our new look kitchen. Ours was a complex installation, involving knocking down walls (thanks to Mark) and installing a completely new heating system at the same time. newrooms project managed the complete operation including liaising with the heating installation company over quality control and timing – it was hard work for us all but went smoothly. Abi was fantastic in designing the layout and tirelessly researching products that she felt complemented the design. We wanted a working kitchen as well as one that looked good – the Dekton backsplash is a triumph !!  Darren, our kitchen fitter was meticulous in his work ensuring that everything was fitted correctly and seamlessly. We are delighted with the finished result and the care and attention provided by all the newrooms staff  – Thank you newrooms !!

The newrooms team were absolutely brilliant from start to finish for our new kitchen.  Jamie came up with a great design which gave us a view to how stunning our kitchen could be.

Both Shane as Project Manager and Jamie were always available to talk through things and to sort out the small problems as and when they arose.  Darren was our main man who carried out most of the project and he was amazing always on time and always tidied up at the end of each day, together with all the other contractors who helped to complete the end result.

We love our new amazing kitchen which Jamie and newrooms set out to achieve.

Having newrooms project manage the job gave us peace of mind especially when we had certain issues, they just sorted it out without any hassle to us.

We would recommend newrooms to transform any kitchen to a stunning new one – they go the extra mile to ensure all projects run smoothly and efficiently and are always there to help even after the main project has been completed.

Had a kitchen fitted by newrooms and have been over the moon with it ever since. Very good quality fitting and finishing and all the appliances supplied were top quality. The kitchen fitter was a top guy nothing was too much trouble and Jamie was very knowledgeable coming up with things I’d never thought of. Thanks newrooms!

We had our kitchen, dining room and utility room renovated 9 months ago, all three rooms knocked into one, building works, glazing, plumbing, electrics etc … Big job…

However this was small fry for the team… We had a schedule so we knew exactly what was happening and when… The team were all amazingly friendly even my two German shepherds accepted them lol …. One or two hick ups along the way… Not a problem for the team as any issues were dealt with in a professional manner and we were kept informed every step of the way … We now have a beautiful kitchen/living space…..

We spend all our time in it as we even have a TV and leather sofa in here which makes the room do much more sociable for every day living and social occasions… I can’t recommend these guys enough as their work and attitude is second to none. Thank you newrooms.

We were introduced to Newrooms through recommendations from friends. Now that it is done, we are both delighted with our new kitchen. From design through to completion, all of the people who worked on our kitchen were excellent.

At the early stages of design, Abi and Jamie both gave us ideas and product suggestions to make our kitchen look stunning.

Newrooms, with Carl as project manager, coordinated the work of various trades – including flooring specialists – to ensure that everything was done as it should be.

Plumbing, plastering, electrics and kitchen fitting were all completed to the highest standard, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the workmanship.

The proof of the pudding is that we are recommending Newrooms to our friends.

When it comes to working with the client to design the space you want I found newrooms second to none.
From paper to completion I had total confidence that they understood the look I wanted and the needs I have in a kitchen space. From my integral wine coolers and microwave to my hidden bin and recycling bin. Their designer works with you to achieve the look along with the technical knowledge as a client we don’t have. My kitchen is admired by all who visit. So happy to recommend newrooms to all my friends.

We would like to thank all the team at Newrooms for designing and fitting our new kitchen and utility room. We are absolutely delighted with the finished product and wish we had done it sooner. Throughout every step of the design process we were impressed with the attention to detail shown. Everyone we dealt with was patient with us as we chopped and changed our minds (several times I might add). They were always open and honest and gave professional opinions about the do’s and don’ts when designing a new kitchen. The attention to detail was spot on. The fitters were excellent, friendly and honest and always willing to go the extra mile to answer any questions that we had along the way. Any queries that we had were dealt with immediately by phone, email or site visit. We would thoroughly recommend anyone of thinking of having a new kitchen to use Newrooms.
