Jamie and Adam from newrooms are very professional and they guided us through our plans for a new kitchen. from start to finish they were always on hand to sort out any problems that occurred and were patient with the amount of times we changed our minds. Jamie became more of a friend by the end of our project and i would recommend his company to anyone. We had a few issues along the way but everything was dealt with and our concerns were upmost in Jamie’s dealing with them. A very personable and likeable company to deal with.

I couldn’t be more delighted with my newrooms kitchen, utility room and bathroom, although I have to say, because the project was for me, a massive undertaking, I was really concerned at the outset that the whole thing would run away from me.  I needn’t have worried.  It soon became clear that Jamie and his talented team were more than capable of dealing with every eventuality, including liaising with other contractors, seamlessly adapting the kitchen design when I “slipped in” an AGA, helping select appliances, colour schemes – the whole package!  I honestly couldn’t fault the quality of the craftsmanship of his team of plumbers, electricians and carpenters, they were a pleasure to have in my home and did excellent work.  Common sense, attention to detail and a meticulous approach have resulted in a fabulous area in my home with a real WOW! factor which I know I couldn’t have got anywhere else and of course, the customer service was superb.  Jamie has the patience of a saint, is unflappable and has the “can do” attitude that meant I ended up with exactly the kitchen, utility room and bathroom that I wanted.  I have no hesitation in recommending newrooms and will definitely be using Jamie and his team again in future.

I wanted to have a kitchen that was supplied and fitted by the same people, I am so pleased that I chose newrooms. Although not a large kitchen there were still a few challenges to overcome but this was not a problem at all for Jamie and his team at newrooms. I felt there was time and support in helping me achieve the final result that I wanted with the budget that I had…….James was very helpful as the project manager and Darren superb as the fitter……Would highly recommend anyone looking to have a new kitchen to take a visit to Jamie at newrooms.

Oh, and Lynda makes a great latte!

Newrooms is an independent kitchen company and a first class one. Our kitchen has been designed and built for us with our specific needs. We were advised on certain different aspects, such as the great kidney shaped saucepan draw and the waste and recycling draw, our kettle tap with immediate boiling water so no need for a kettle and the different work surfaces available. Jamie’s advise and expertise were invaluable and the fitting was amazing. We didn’t pay the earth for ours and also had one put in for my parents in the annex. We cannot thank Newrooms enough for the work they did and the after care is second to none. If you’re thinking of having a kitchen put in then Newrooms is the company you should go to.

Having lived in my house for 12 years I thought the time had come to get the kitchen done just how I had always envisioned it. After a looking around I finally settled on newrooms to do the job. I really needed someone who would be sympathetic to my ideas but at the same time have the knowledge to advise me in what would actually be best. Jamie turned out to be the man. I spent many weeks going to the showroom or asking him to come round so we could discuss colours, finishes, tiles, everything. Each time he had the answer to all my questions but at no time did I ever feel pressured. He took complete control and everything went according to plan. It was nice not having to worry too much about stuff. I finally ended up with a kitchen that has surpassed my expectations. He is very knowledgeable and has a fantastic team of tradesmen who all know their jobs.

I can’t thank newrooms enough for what they did, always keeping me in the loop during the project. I would have no hesitation of using them again or of recommending them to anyone who wants a top job done.

We had quite a complicated kitchen design as we had structural work done prior to the installation. Jamie, Adam and Lynda were brilliant and made it so much more positive an experience than I had feared it would be. They were informed, efficient, approachable and almost as important, really good fun. To top it all, they’re in Methwold, my home village!

We had been thinking about having a new kitchen for a few years. We live reasonably near newrooms’ show unit so we decided to have a look. As soon as we entered the show room Jamie appeared and introduced himself, instantly I liked him. He was really helpful. A few weeks later Jamie’s fitters arrived. Within a few days the kitchen was fitted. He arranged the plasterer, plumber, electrician and tiler.

Thank you so much, I am really pleased with the work and Jamie’s professionalism. Great job.
