We have been extremely pleased with our newrooms kitchen.  Jamie and his team were very professional throughout the whole process. Jamie’s design expertise and his attention to detail is excellent, having  been a kitchen fitter himself in the past he has an in-depth understanding of the practicalities of having a kitchen that works for the client.

Darren fitted our kitchen and his standard of workmanship is superb, he is meticulous and his attention to the smallest detail ensured that our kitchen was fitted to the highest specification.

We will certainly be using use newrooms again in the future and would highly recommend them.

In 2012 we had a small kitchen and an adjoining under-used dining room.  As we were thinking of replacing the kitchen units, we decided to remove the wall between the two rooms and create a dining-kitchen area.  This would also give us more usable space and an opportunity to install a contemporary kitchen.

After researching kitchen companies in the Ely area, we came across newrooms Methwold.  We wanted a company that we could trust and give us our vision for the new space and provide a high-quality product.  After meeting Jamie in his impressive showroom at Methwold, we knew we had found the company which could give us a full design service and importantly the reassurance we needed.

The handleless gloss kitchen increases light and gives the whole area a light and airy feel.  A peninsula separates the kitchen area and maximises the available space. I couldn’t be more delighted with my newrooms kitchen, utility room and bathroom, although I have to say, because the project was for me, a massive undertaking, I was really concerned at the outset that the whole thing would run away from me.

I needn’t have worried.  It soon became clear that Jamie and his talented team were more than capable of dealing with every eventuality, including liaising with other contractors, seamlessly adapting the kitchen design when I “slipped in” an AGA, helping select appliances, colour schemes – the whole package!

I honestly couldn’t fault the quality of the craftsmanship of his team of plumbers, electricians and carpenters, they were a pleasure to have in my home and did excellent work.

Common sense, attention to detail and a meticulous approach have resulted in a fabulous area in my home with a real WOW! factor which I know I couldn’t have got anywhere else and of course, the customer service was superb.  Jamie has the patience of a saint, is unflappable and has the “can do” attitude that meant I ended up with exactly the kitchen, utility room and bathroom that I wanted.

I have no hesitation in recommending newrooms and will definitely be using Jamie and his team again in future.
